Cancellation Policy
At Paradyes, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel your order. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Order Cancellation
- Before Dispatch: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us promptly at care@birdsofparadyes.com with your order details. We will process the cancellation and initiate a refund to your original payment method.
- After Dispatch: For prepaid orders canceled after dispatch, shipping and packing costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will not include shipping charges for COD orders refused at the time of delivery.
- Refused Orders: If an order is refused at the time of delivery, applicable shipping and packing charges will be deducted before processing the refund.
Non-Cancellable & Non-Returnable Orders
- Orders placed with a discount or during any sale events are not eligible for cancellation or return.
- Once shipped, no modifications or cancellations can be made to the order.
Refund Process
- Refunds, if applicable, may take 1–3 weeks to process. Customers will be notified via email once the refund is completed.
- An additional ₹200 will be charged as a refund processing fee where applicable.
