Returns are applicable only in the following cases:

• The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns are not applicable for:

• Items purchased during sales or at a discount.
• Used or opened products.

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at care@birdsofparadyes.com with your order details and a brief description of the issue.
2. Our team will contact you to verify the damage or defect.
3. Upon successful verification, we will process either: A full refund, or A free replacement (as applicable).

• Return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the delivery or notification of delivery.
• Post this timeframe, we will be unable to accept return requests.

Returns are not accepted for:

• Products purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes.
• Opened, used, or tampered products.

Paradyes is not liable for any damage to the product after delivery.

• Ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging at the time of return.
• Refunds will be processed only after verifying the returned item.
