Refund Policy
At Paradyes, we aim to provide the best experience for our customers. If you encounter any issues with your order, we’re here to assist with refunds under specific conditions. Please read our refund policy carefully for detailed information.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only in the following scenarios:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Items purchased during sales or with discount codes.
- Opened, used, or tampered products.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery.
Refund Process
- Initiate a Return: Begin the process by contacting us at care@birdsofparadyes.com.
- Verification: Our team will verify the damage or defect in the returned item.
- Processing Timeline: Once the return is shipped back to us and verified, refunds may take 1–3 weeks to process. You will be notified via email once your refund is completed.
- Refund Fees: An additional ₹200 will be charged as the refund processing fee.
Refund Deductions
- For prepaid orders canceled after dispatch, shipping and packing costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds will not include shipping charges for COD orders refused at the time of delivery.
Important Notes
- Refunds are not processed for items purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes.
- Ensure the returned product is in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
- Paradyes is not responsible for any damage to the product after delivery.
