Exchange Policy
At Paradyes, we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. In the rare event you need to exchange a product, we’ve outlined the process and eligibility criteria below for your convenience.
Eligibility for Exchanges
Exchanges are applicable only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges are not available for:
- Products purchased during sales or with discount codes.
Color Changes
While we cannot modify shades once an order is fulfilled, if you still wish to exchange for a different shade, the following will apply:
- Additional shipping charges for the exchange.
- The original product must be returned in its unused and unopened condition.
Exchange Process
- Initiate a Request: Contact us at care@birdsofparadyes.com with your order details and reason for exchange.
- Verification: Our team will verify your request to ensure eligibility.
- Shipping Instructions: You will receive guidance on how to return the original item.
- Processing: Once the original item is received and verified, we will ship the replacement product.
Replacement Process
- Initiate a Request: Contact us at care@birdsofparadyes.com with your order details and reason for exchange.
- Verification: Our team will verify your request to ensure eligibility.
- Shipping Instructions: You will receive guidance on how to return the original item.
- Processing & Charges: Once the original item is received and verified, we will ship the replacement product. An additional ₹200 will be charged as a processing fee, and any difference in the product amount will be collected before dispatch.
Important Notes
- Exchanges will not be processed for used or opened products.
- For any exchanges involving a change in shade, shipping charges will be applicable.
- Products purchased during sales or with discount codes are not eligible for exchange.
