At Paradyes, we’re committed to delivering your favorite hair color products seamlessly and on time. Please review our shipping policy to understand our timelines, charges, and responsibilities.

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth delivery experience. Please allow the following timeframes:

• Standard Domestic Delivery: 5–7 business days.
• Remote Areas: Up to 7–14 business days.

Note: Delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, public holidays, regional holidays, weekends or festive seasons. We appreciate your patience in such instances.

• Free Shipping: Available on prepaid orders above ₹499.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders between ₹499 and ₹1999.

Orders canceled after dispatch, rejected upon delivery (COD), or returned while in transit will incur shipping charges. For prepaid orders, these charges will be deducted from the refund.

Once your order is fulfilled, we cannot accommodate shade changes. If you still wish to modify your order post-fulfillment, additional shipping charges will apply.

• Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 9 AM and 8 PM.
• A signature is required upon delivery. If you’re unavailable, kindly authorize a family member, neighbor, or colleague to receive the package on your behalf.

Important: Paradyes is not responsible for goods signed by an alternative recipient or for damage caused after delivery.

While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occasionally occur due to:

• Natural disasters or severe weather.
• Public or festive holidays.
• Logistical issues in remote locations.

We’ll keep you informed of any unexpected delays.

For any shipping-related issues:

• Complaints must be registered before the product is dispatched from our warehouse.
• Any post-delivery grievances must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
